Who We Are ?

Career Transition Workshop was started in 1991 and is an outreach ministry providing instructional, informational, social and spiritual support to people during the job transitional time. Our objective is to reach out to the lost in a practical and positive manner to help them find, not simply a new living, but a new life in Christ. We provide career consulting and resources to the unemployed, underemployed and employed middle to senior executives, managers and professional people. More than 20,000 job seekers have learned our proven faith-focused and biblically-based tools and techniques to advance their job search. This time-tested 12 session program was developed by Transition Consulting, a human resources consulting firm.

We guide you through the steps.

  • Prepare – We will help you navigate the difficulties of losing a job, and get you prepared to start making the best decisions for your future.

  • Package – Taking your skills and knowledge CTW helps you to communicate effectively, creating an effective package for potential employers.

  • Promotion – Networking and managing your search are critical skills for your success.

  • Pitch – Interviewing skills are a linchpin to the job seeking process. Our experience allows us to give you pointers that can greatly improve your success.

  • Provision – Discover the art and science of salary negotiations. Realize the full potential of the “benefits” side of the equation.
